How do I book a collection?

It's easy. Simply complete our Book a Collection form with your details. We will then get back to confirm your collection and any answers to question you may have.

How long does it take?

We generally operate a 24/48hr turnaround.

What are our costs?

Our charges can be found here on our website. Once we have collected your order. We will process the work and send you a full breakdown of the costs before we deliver.

Is there a minimun order value?

Yes - we have a minimum order value of £15.00. So an order below that amount will be charged at £15.00.

Do I need to be in when we collect?

No - We can collect you order from a porch, garage, neighbour or any other prearranged location. Just add this information the form when you request your booking.

Do I need to be in when we deliver?

No - if you choose to pay for you order online when you receive our invoice. We can again drop off to any pre-arranged location.

Otherwise you will need to be in when we make our delivery. As payment is required on delivery. We accept cash or card payments
